Quality, Certification & Inspection
Inspection equipment includes a wide range of micrometers, verniers, thread gauges, gauge blocks plus a Tesa Height Digital Height Gauge. Our quality manual is available by request. We can provide most any required documentation ranging from material certifications to inspection records.

CAD/CAM
We feature MasterCam’s state-of-the-art products which allow us to reduce our quoting, programming and all around delivery time while also improving our machining quality. We can import from most any electronic CAD format including Solidworks, IGES, DWG, DXF and others.

CNC & Manual Milling
Full range of milling capabilities for prototypes and production quantities. Our CNC milling centers scale up to 40x20x20”. Custom parts include molds, dies, & fixtures.

CNC & Manual Turning
We have a wide range of turning capabilities resulting from our diverse equipment base. We can handle requirements up to 12” diameter and 17” in length.

Blanchard & Surface Grinding
We are able to provide outstanding flatness with our grinding machines which go up to 42” in diameter.
